What is mechanical precision machining

Mechanical precision machining is also known as precision machining. It is different from ordinary machining and requires higher precision than ordinary machining. It mainly uses machining machinery to change the dimensions of the workpiece. According to the temperature state of the workpiece to be processed, it can be divided into two types, cold working and hot working. When it is processed at room temperature but does not cause chemical and physical changes to the workpiece, this is called cold working. Cold processing can be divided into cutting processing and pressure processing according to the difference in processing methods. This type of processing has high requirements on the equipment used in processing, and even requires auxiliary oil, etc. This type of processing mainly produces some small workpieces. The common hot processing is mainly heat treatment, forging, casting and welding, etc. This category mainly produces some large workpieces.
